Very comfortable chairs...can easily fall asleep in them! A bit on the pricey side (we brought when on offer). Should really come with a carrying bag and not have to buy one separately considering the price hence only 4 stars

The Cham Elips chairs are wonderful but expensive,
but the plastic frame brackets break quite often.
I have had to replace them several times.
Postage for parts is expensive.

Excellent quality product, good service: a small scratch on product on receipt was eventually handled appropriately. There was a problem with email replies which were not received from customer service, but eventually rectified as satisfaction survey emails came through.

I am really pleased that (some) spares are available to replace worn fabrics. I was disappointed by the narrow range of colours/designs available and by the high price. Delivery was very quick and efficient.

We bought the Lafuma sun-lounger which on the whole is very good, we were just a little disappointed it cannot fold out to an absolutely flat position.
