I messaged about the item before I bought it to confirm it had all of the necessary whalebones to connect the roof interior to the car. I was told by your staff it did have these horizontal bars to install it, in your kit. It has arrived and it didn't include it. I have confirmation from your staff and an email specifically stating it does have these ribs/whalebones and they were not in my order.
