My order has still not been sent ??????????? It's a disgrace. I placed an order for almost 1000 euros on 9 October. You say it will take a maximum of 11 days to receive it. I'm in Belgium until 29 October to receive it and nothing. I explain that I live in Norway and that my horse needs his blankets quickly. I was told that my order would be sent to Norway on 27 October. Today is 4 November and still NOTHING !!!!! This is unacceptable. Last week we had 40 centimetres of snow, I spent a considerable amount of money a month ago, and my horse is cold !!!!!! You should at least have sent me what you already had, even if it was in several parcels! I am extremely disappointed.
