Le capot arrière qui n'est pas proposer dans les magasin, je l'ai découvert par hasard sur le net ,je suis tombé sur le site du fabriquant. Si j'avais su qu'il y avait ce capot j'aurais acheté cette gamelle depuis longtemps. Car je ne l'avais pas acheter car mon autre chat gros glouton serait arriver a manger quand même. Là avec le capot arrière impossible de piquer les croquettes de l'autre chats.

My two machines broke shortly after a year. My cats must eat different food due to health reasons. The machines were well within warranty but the company made me send in 20 videos of me using the machines and also wasted time sending me a Range Test Kit to prove that I wasn’t lying about the machines not working. I already spent a few weeks troubleshooting everything myself. So my pets had to be locked in rooms to eat for over a month because of this long process. It was not fair to my pets to suffer this bad process. The machines should’ve been replaced after the first videos that I sent and tested at the company.

Long Warranty Claim Process

My two machines broke shortly after a year. My cats must eat different food due to health reasons. The machines were well within warranty but the company made me send in 20 videos of me using the machines and also wasted time sending me a Range Test Kit to prove that I wasn’t lying about the machines not working. I already spent a few weeks troubleshooting everything myself. So my pets had to be locked in rooms to eat for over a month because of this long process. It was not fair to my pets to suffer this bad process. The machines should’ve been replaced after the first videos that I sent and tested at the company.
