Millesima listed a particular sauterne that I wanted, with a range of vintages available at reasonable (as these things go) prices. Ordering was easy and communication from the company was great. Obviously it took a while to arrive, but when it did this was within the projected time scale given when I placed the order. A great service from them.

I can’t criticize the wine choice or competitive pricing, but the total lack of communication was frustrating and totally avoidable. I had to chase the delivery and received no updates until a single email the day before delivery.

Great wine spoiled by poor communication

With standard delivery it takes three to four weeks from when your order is shipped then you are contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery date once your order is available for delivery.
