Client fidèle depuis plus de 10 ans, j'ai suivi l'évolution de la maison, de ses premiers pas dans le 20eme arrondissement de Paris à sa mutation progressive en véritable marque de souliers haut de gamme! Des modèles originaux, des patines fantastiques et un service irréprochable... Un temple de la calcéophilie!!

I tried to buy a pair of Richelieu Oxfords last year with their online store. Altan never fulfilled the order and Paypal canceled the authorization.
Early this January the same pair of shoes, Richelieu with the rubber walking soles, was put on offer and I again attempted to purchase these shoes.
After waiting three (3) weeks I contacted Altan Bottier and was told they had gone our of stock and would not be replaced.
I was sad. Very nice looking shoes that would have made a perfect "city walker". Order # 31397.

Commande d'une paire de Tennis Rolland le 9 Mai. Message le 15 Mai de ma part car je m'étonne de ne pas avoir de débit de paiement. On me répond que la paire de tennis n'est plus en stock et que la commande est annulée. Etonnement de ma part.... celle ci sont toujours en stock à ce jour le 29 Mai.... aucun retour de mon mail faisant remarquer ce point le 16 Mai. Pas de proposition de remplacement, autre solution ? rien du tout ... étonnant de la part d'une marque comme Altan... pas très sérieux. C'est dommage.

It was a very bad buying experience because at first I wanted the shoe size to change and there was no same model that I wanted I agreed, but the shipment was delayed and I was told via WhatsApp that I was supposed to receive the shipment at the showroom. I do not know how that happened and I was told that There is an additional charge of 20 euros for shipping. I do not know why, and all this is available to me in the WhatsApp archive.

As a "shoefreak" I own many pairs from most of the best shoemakers (G&G, Corthay, Berluti...). I've discovered Altan Bottier on Instagram and I must say I litterally fall in love with their collections and especially their absolutelly georgeous patinas!! Altan Bottier is now in my best shoes top 3...!

The shoes Pierre made for me can be best described as works of art. Beautiful in every way with obvious attention to detail and of the highest quality. My online experience ordering and the shipping process was easy and went smoothly. I could not be more satisfied!

I've bought 8 pairs over the last few years, and I have to say that Altan Bottier's shoes are some of the best I've ever had...especially from their exotic collection!!! If you are thinking of ordering online, be sure to contact Pierre first, he is the magician...!

I had several questions and Pierre graciously answered all of them. Love my shoes, Altan are some of the best accessible patina artists out there and the shoes are great quality too! Lots of compliments! 11/10 would recommend Altan Bottier.

Chaussures d’une excellente qualité avec finition sur mesure. Patine magnifique. Conseils très avisés. On sent que l’on sait de quoi on parle quand on parle chaussure avec eux.
