The despatch and delivery shipping times from Mecatechnic to my address in New Zealand was only 11 days for item. Which is excellent..
While there was a problem with being supplied a unit that was in a recall by CBE the maker of the product. I'm not sure why this wasn't picked as the recall was over 1 year ago. The Mecatechnic organisation provided an excellent communication and service to resolve the issue. This involved sending another item and arranging to have the orginal item picked up.
So often when things go wrong companies are often very poor in resolving the issue. Certainly Mecatechnic stands out to be very professional.. Well done.

I messaged about the item before I bought it to confirm it had all of the necessary whalebones to connect the roof interior to the car. I was told by your staff it did have these horizontal bars to install it, in your kit. It has arrived and it didn't include it. I have confirmation from your staff and an email specifically stating it does have these ribs/whalebones and they were not in my order. Not happy and nobody has contacted me back from customer service. 2 stars due to previously good correspondence, but now I doubt the honesty of the posts on this website. If it says, "includes whalebones", it doesn't.

Wrong product
The products i ordered did not match the pictures in the webshop, and i can’t send them back without me paying for the return.
The rear view mirrors were supposed to look similar to both sides, but the right ones did not match the pics on the webshop, and the customer service could not help me.

I am sorry for this inconvenience, as explained by email, the photos on the website are not contractual. You have to check the description to know if the part fits your car, you can also contact us before ordering so we can assure you that the part fits or not. As it was an error of yours you have to send it back at your own expense.

I ordered x4 Ronal aero 50 alloys 16in two of the alloys rims are bent trying to contact them can’t get threw on the phone and there return request form won’t except uk car registration to complete form I’m not happy at all
