The despatch and delivery shipping times from Mecatechnic to my address in New Zealand was only 11 days for item. Which is excellent.. While there was a problem with being supplied a unit that was in a recall by CBE the maker of the product. I'm not sure why this wasn't picked as the recall was over 1 year ago. The Mecatechnic organisation provided an excellent communication and service to resolve the issue. This involved sending another item and arranging to have the orginal item picked up. So often when things go wrong companies are often very poor in resolving the issue. Certainly Mecatechnic stands out to be very professional.. Well done.

I messaged about the item before I bought it to confirm it had all of the necessary whalebones to connect the roof interior to the car. I was told by your staff it did have these horizontal bars to install it, in your kit. It has arrived and it didn't include it. I have confirmation from your staff and an email specifically stating it does have these ribs/whalebones and they were not in my order. Not happy and nobody has contacted me back from customer service. 2 stars due to previously good correspondence, but now I doubt the honesty of the posts on this website. If it says, "includes whalebones", it doesn't.

HI,i feel they are not in tune with the customers. I live in ireland which is an english speaking country. UPON sending an E.MAIL in english they reply in FRENCH??? WE are a european country not AFRICAN. ON bringing this to the attention of customer service again a 2nd time i had toe E>MAIL a message to them they reply in french' HENRY

Hello, The description of the item is quite accurate, according the conversation we had by chat, you said it was not the same as describe.
