Gros problème du livreur, nous avons reçu l avis de livraison sans colis. Il nous a été livré par une personne totalement inconnu 3 jours après. Il n'est pas normal que le colis soit déposé chez n'importe qui !!!
Cookinglife n'est pas responsable mais nous sommes méfiants pour une prochaine commande....

Je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis car il a été endommagé par le transporteur, et malgré mes mails le service client cookinglife ne me répond pas. J'ai donc payé mes produits d'une valeur de 89, je ne les recevrais jamais, et je n'arrive pas à me faire rembourser... la situation est bloquée par le silence de cette entreprise...
Pas de remboursement et 1 seul échange depuis la publication de mon avis..
