J'ai commandé un article déclaré disponible. Une fois la commande confirmée, rupture de stock. Puis commande livrée en 4 colis et livré en 3 fois. Aucun plan de montage pour un escalier en kit... De plus il devrait y avoir un produit devant accélérer la rouille non livré. Et pour finir connexion à votre site impossible, j'ai demandé une réinitialisation de l'accès..... J'attends

1. La commande nous a été livrée sans nous prévenir par SMS comme l’avait précisé votre collègue Eva dans son mail du 19/05!
Heureusement, il y avait exceptionnellement notre dame d’ouvrage à ce moment.
2. Je m’attendais à recevoir les produis déjà patinés avec rouille car toutes les photos de votre website montrent ce type de produit déjà rouillé! Je dois donc encore utile un activateur de rouille; sur votre website Français, il était d’ailleurs fait mention d’un cadeau (1 activateur gratuit par tranche de 250 Eur).

The grey colour you are referring to is the product’s initial condition upon delivery. After several weeks or months, the natural rusting process will begin, gradually developing the colour shown in the product photos. This is explained on our website, along with information on how the process can be accelerated if desired.
As the rust accelerator was missing from your order, I would be happy to send you a complimentary replacement at no additional cost.

Tout s'est bien passé, cependant je reste déçu par le fait que les bacs arrivent non rouillés et non stabilisés... pas comme sur les photos du coup.

No customer support and poor packaging of goods
The panel was so poorly packaged that it was scratched at arrival and after contacting support multiple times I still don't receive an answer nor a solution. Support is automatic response.

Packaging awful
The packaging was absolutely unprofessional. All metal parts were scratched. Never again.
